Welcome to the 'Interactive Recommendation (2006)7 on management of patient safety and prevention of adverse events in health care'

Context

The text of this interactive recommendation is based on Recommendation(2006)7 of the Council of Europe on management of patient safety and prevention of adverse events in health care. This Recommendation was adopted by the Committee of Ministers on 24 May 2006. For the purpose of the Simpatie project this text has been transformed into a living or interactive recommendation. The aim of this interactive recommendation is to provide a medium for professionals, organisations and the general public to comment on the text of the Council of Europe's Recommendation (2006)7.
