Dissemination (WP 8)

Description of work

The Dutch Institute for Healthcare Improvement CBO is the lead partner of this work package.
This work package deals with bringing the results of the project in the focus of attention of the broad public and relevant stakeholders.
Among others, two conferences will be developed and organized in year 2 of the project: a conference directed to patient organizations and the final project conference for representatives of all parties involved.
In addition, partners will utilize their networks to reach health institutions (HOPE), professionals (CPME), NGO's (ESQH) and patient / carers groups (LMCA).
A dissemination plan will be developed that outlines how the end results of the project can best be disseminated to the general public and relevant parties.

Results to be achieved

Dissemination is directed to both general and professional public and should enable implementation of project recommendations by all involved parties including health care providers (both hospitals and professionals), financiers and policy makers, and consumers across Europe.
