Description organisation
|
Our objective is to approach “zero risk” by helping institutions anticipate risk situations and handle their consequences in a professional manner. Our vision of RM is to take preventive steps through a thorough analysis of clinical pathways with full professional consensus and reconstruction. Such an approach deals with the problem head-on and provides long-lasting solutions for the improvement of quality of care and of life for patients and staff alike. We have applied this method successfully in the field of cesarian deliveries and thoracic surgery.
