Project Management (WP 1)

A project secretariat and steering group have been formed to manage the project.

Steering group

The steering group consists of representatives of all partners and is responsible for guiding all project activities. Through the lead partner CBO this steering committee is linked with the Commission.

Steering groups meets regulary, using tele-conferencing with a frequency of once every six weeks and face-to-face meetings where convenient and needed. It coordinates the execution of work packages and production of deliverables.

Project secretariat

The project secretariat is located at the Dutch Institute for Qualitry Improvement CBO, which is the project leader of the Simatie project.

The project secretariat established at CBO is responsible for administrative and financial management. Through the joint CBO / ESQH office in Brussels contact is maintained with other relevant European organizations and actions.

In addition, the secretariat will develop, coordinate and execute the PR strategy for the project, in a way that will assure targeted provision of relevant information both to general and professional public (See also WP 8: Dissemination).
