We are very inspired by the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) in Boston, USA, and the way they work with collaboratives and give support to leaders, managers and those in frontline who can make changes happen.
That has raised the profile of patient safety during the last 6 - 7 years with our members.

Our mission is to create tension for change and help members in their improvement efforts. Our expertise is the field of Improvement knowledge. Currently we focus on nososcomial infections and the use of medication by the Elderly.
