Staff Survey Incident Reporting (Italy)
A staff survey was carried out following the pilot work referred to in GP.36 and GP.37 and 469 out of 983 staff responded to the questionnaires. Overall attitudes to Incident Reporting were positive, suggesting a greater likelihood of successful implementation of the IR system. For details, see: Appendix 1, Example 11 (In English).
