Patient Safety (Italy)
A paper (see English text above in Appendix 1, Example 8) describes the strategies used to implement a clinical risk management system by Azienda USL of Modena.
The three most relevant aspects are represented, by:
(a) the experimentation and adoption of tools for the identification and evaluation of incidents;
(b) the training offered to medical professionals and managers; and
(c) the research activities concerning behaviours and human errors.
