Patient identification project (Czech Republic)

Patient identification has been an issue in our country - introduction of coloured identification bracelets for patients covers both identification and risk Assessment - patients in the risk of fall or bedsores have specific colours.

This project has been launched by 2 hospitals and is spreading now in the hospital accreditation projects.


The patient identification project is coordinated both by:
