PATIENT SAFETY - the emerging agenda

The event "Patient safety - the emerging agenda" was held 5-6 September 2005 in Copenhagen, which brought together stakeholders and key players from various organizations and institutions in the area of patient safety, and was hosted by WHO on its premises.

The objective of the meeting, which is jointly organized with the SIMPATIE project, was to enhance ongoing communication, to build on existing networks, consolidate collaborative action for patient safety in the WHO European Region and take a further step towards a common regional framework

The meeting opened on 5 September at 09:00, and was expected to conclude no later than 13:00 on 6 September.
